LEADERS ARE READERS

Leaders are Learners and Learners are Readers, so therefore Leaders are Readers! Follow my drift?
I'm always encouraging people to take seriously the claims of Jesus on their life not just as a disciple or a follower but as a leader. Someone once said that Christians should look like sheep from the front but like shepherds from behind. In our desires to follow Jesus we should always be looking to lead others along the same path.
